Riding Illini

Please remember that Quad Day is now Sunday, August 24th from 12:00-5:00pm.
We need volunteers to represent Riding Illini M/C!

Tasks,
1. explain to people what RI is all about!
2. hand out fliers
3. show off your RI t-shirt.

If you can't stay for the whole time, we will appreciate you stopping by too!

Time:
10:00am to 12:00 pm Setup!
12:00pm to 5:00pm Operation
5:00-5:30pm uninstall




*BOOTH INFORMATION

Booth spaces are 8 ft long. All organization personnel and materials must remain within the allotted space. Group members must stay with their organization’s assigned space and not impede the flow of traffic. Amplified sound must be maintained at a reasonable level for the courtesy of all participants. Flyers, giveaways, and sign-ups must be done from your own space and not within the flow of traffic.



Participating organizations will need to make arrangements to provide their own table and chairs. Only two chairs are permitted per booth.



No sales or raffles of any kind are permitted.

No food or beverages can be distributed.

We've got to get some female bikers (Diane, HyperTut) to "man" the booth as well.

I saw Diane at Wal-Mart yesterday shopping for a new front fender I think....lol

I could be tempted to volunteer. I work for the UofI so I try to avoid the area without being clocked in, but if you need an ugly bike to attract the impressionable young anarchists I could be your man.

Nope, it's and old photo but it looks more like this and was probably across town running errands with the g/f. If you see black leather and short red hair, it's her. If you see black leather and long red hair it's me

The last time I saw a "vonlunteer" was in Germany during the Big War...I don't recall how big it was, but it ate the weiner dog that chased it down the hole. Anyway, I've tried to steer clear of them as well as badgers...and kawtoy on old m'cycles.

I think I can probably stop in and maybe make a donation/ buy a t-shirt shake a few hands etc. Where is this taking place? the Quad? Nice rendering of the booth.
